Kerri is an experienced Criminal Law Executive providing advice and assistance in Magistrates and Crown proceedings as well as representing suspects at the police station.

Kerri became an Accredited Police Station Representative in 2014.  She is currently an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Kerri is highly experienced and represents suspects facing all types of allegations such as theft, assault, burglary, robbery, rape, drug offences and murder.

Kerri advises and assists clients who have to attend the police station for interviews and prepares defence cases for the Magistrates Court and Crown Court.  She liaises with barristers who are appointed to represent clients in the Crown Court, and arranges case conferences where necessary.

Kerri comes highly recommended by her clients, local barristers and the firm.

Notable Cases

  • R v S – Successful defence of duress following a charge of Assisting an Offender whereby the murder weapon had been hidden.
  • R v O – Defendant charged with multiple taxi robberies. Acquitted of robbery after trial.
  • R v Y – Defendant charged with Modern Day Slavery offences namely arrange or facilitate travel of another person with a view to exploitation and control prostitution for gain. Case discontinued prior to Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing following defence representations made.
