Lee Ann Harvey

Lee Ann began working for Leonard Solicitors (formerly Leonard & Swain) in 1998.  She became a member of the Immigration team in 2003.  After working exclusively in the Immigration and Asylum Law field as an IAAS accredited Caseworker at both Level 1 and then Level 2, she now heads our Immigration Department as an accredited Law Society Senior Level 2 Immigration & Asylum (IAAS) Caseworker and Supervisor.  She accepts instructions on all types of legal-aid work for children and adults, offering fixed fees for privately funded cases, where legal aid is not available.

Lee Ann has extensive knowledge and expertise in dealing with all types of immigration and asylum applications, including appeals and Judicial Reviews and acting as an expert witness in Immigration Law within Child Care and family proceedings. She regularly receives referrals from a large number of charities and local authorities within Hampshire and Dorset. Lee Ann is a friendly, approachable and dedicated Immigration & Asylum Law Advisor.  She is committed to ensuring the best possible outcome for her clients, which is reflected in her success rate and continuity of re-instruction.
