We charge competitive fixed fees for our immigration services, which can vary depending on the experience of the lawyer carrying out the work. We discuss with you everything that is included for your money during your initial consultation, including any additional costs your case may incur.

All of our immigration prices exclude VAT.

British Citizenship & Naturalisation

If you have had Indefinite Leave to Remain status for 12 months, you may be able to apply for British Citizenship.

Indefinite Leave to Remain

If you are a refugee or hold a valid visa leading to indefinite leave to remain then you can apply for permanent residency.

EU & EEA Nationals

EU & EEA Nationals looking to remain in the UK and family members abroad will need to apply for the EU Settlement Scheme before 31st June 2021.

UK Tier 1 & Business Visa

For these Visa’s, you will need to be an investor, looking to start a business or have exceptional talent in a specific industry.

UK Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa

A Skilled Worker Visa allows non-EEA nationals to work in the UK under certain professions and missions. We charge the same price for all of the visa’s that come under Tier 2.

Disbursements

Disbursements are any costs that are not included in our fees set about above. These costs are payable to third parties such as application fees to the Home Office.

Our fees do not include:

  • Home Office fees, which can vary depending on the visa you are applying for
  • Independent experts (we will always consult with you if we think one might help)
  • Interpreter and translation fees

What our fees include:

  • Your initial consultation where we gather information around your circumstances and advise you on Immigration rules and eligibility
  • Gathering the necessary documents with yourself, providing you with a detailed checklist of what is required
  • Reviewing these documents, and advising if we need additional evidence
  • Organising your appointments with the Home Office
  • Liaising with the Home Office on your behalf
  • Providing advice from start to finish where a decision has been made
