Jane is an Immigration & Asylum solicitor with deep experience across asylum, humanitarian protection and human rights law. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2009 after completing her training contract with Leonard Solicitors (2007–2009). Following seven years in Children and Family Law (2009–2016), she moved into immigration work in late 2016 and has focused exclusively on this field ever since.
An IAAS-accredited Supervising Senior Caseworker and Supervisor, Jane leads complex matters, prepares cases meticulously, and gives clear, practical advice at every stage. She is frequently instructed by local authorities and has acted as an expert within child care proceedings, reflecting trusted expertise at the intersection of family and immigration law.
