Charlotte is a caring and committed member of the Family Department, helping clients navigate difficult family and children law matters with clear advice, practical support and a compassionate approach.
Charlotte is a Chartered Legal Executive Apprentice and a key member of the Family Department. She is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging circumstances. She provides clear and practical advice and compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.
She regularly assists and supports clients in a wide range of family and children law matters, including cases involving child social services, domestic abuse, and child arrangements. She has experience working on applications for non-molestation orders and occupation orders, as well as matters involving the Public Law Outline (PLO) process and care proceedings. Her experience includes successfully obtaining non-molestation orders to protect victims of domestic abuse, securing a Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) Protection Order to safeguard a child at risk, and assisting clients in obtaining final Child Arrangements Orders that promote the best interests and welfare of their children.
Understanding that every family situation is unique, Charlotte takes a caring and considerate approach, ensuring clients feel listened to, supported, and informed from the outset. She is committed to helping clients navigate difficult situations with confidence while working towards the best possible outcome for them and their families.
As a Chartered Legal Executive Apprentice, Charlotte is continuing to develop her expertise in family law while providing a high standard of client care and contributing to the success of the Family Department.
Outside of work
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys keeping active by going to the gym and spending time outdoors. She particularly enjoys walking in the New Forest with her husband and pet dog, Peaches.
