Southampton’s trusted law firm is starting the New Year by opening its second branch on London Road.

The new office, located at 44 London Road, Southampton, houses a team of 10 legal experts led by newly appointed Managing Partner, Maxy Augustine, an expert in Residential Conveyancing.

Maxy will be joined by Rika McMonnies, who heads our Wills, Trusts and Probate Department, and Sonia Modely-Aston, who will lead on our Private Family Law work and support in Conveyancing.

The Southampton – London Road branch will offer services to our Private Clients in Residential and Commercial Property, Estate Planning and Court of Protection, and Family Proceedings and Child Arrangements.

Our existing branch at 62A The Avenue, Southampton will continue to provide legal advice and assistance with Immigration, Criminal Defence and Family matters under Legal Aid.

The firm proudly boasts 4 Law Society accreditations that includes Immigration & Asylum, Conveyancing Quality Scheme, Children Law, and Criminal Litigation. As well as our Estate Planning Solicitor being a member of the Society of Trusts & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Solicitors for the Elderly.
