You can’t put a price on your life plan, but we can certainly make it affordable. We charge competitive fixed fees or hourly rates for our Wills, Trusts, & Probate packages.
All of our fees detailed below exclude VAT.
Wills & Trusts

Grant of Probate

| Probate registry fee | £273 |
| Copies of registry | £1.50 each or no more than £10 |

Disbursements
Disbursements are any costs that are not included in our fees. These costs are payable to third parties such as the Office of Public Guardian.
Our fees do not include:
- Application fees paid to Office of Public Guardian and Court & Tribunal Services etc
- Independent experts (we will always consult with you if we think one might help)
What our fees include:
- Your initial consultation where we gather information around your circumstances
- Gathering the necessary documents with yourself, providing you with a detailed checklist of what is required
- Reviewing these documents, and advising if we need additional evidence
- Liaising with the Courts and OPG
- Providing advice from start to finish where a decision has been made
