Sam delivers advice and assistance that comes from years of experience. She comes highly recommended for her work in family law and litigating matters.

Sam has worked in the legal profession since 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2010.  She has worked in several private practice firms in Hampshire since then specialising in both Family and Civil Litigation.  She joined the firm in January 2023 primarily to undertake family work.  Sam does much of her own advocacy meaning that clients can be confident she knows their cases well.  Due to her robust approach, keen attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of her cases Sam receives many instructions from personal recommendations.

Sam has particular experience and knowledge in ancillary relief proceedings connected to divorce including high net worth cases and cohabitation disputes under TLATA.  Sam also has experience in employment settlement agreements.

In her spare time, Sam also likes horse riding and regularly competes her horse, Prince in endurance competitions.
